Joseph F. Ottino, Jr., Esq., has been a longtime resident of Ocean County.  For more than 20 years, he owned and operated a local business in Downtown Toms River. Since earning his law degree at Seton Hall University, School of Law, he has maintained a law office in private practice for over 25 years in Ocean County and has handled cases throughout New Jersey.
     Throughout his career, Joe has bought, sold, and managed real estate personally, and in his practice of law, he has helped his clients do the same. Joe assists his clients through financing, bankruptcy, and foreclosure processes, as well as represents landlords and tenants in several New Jersey counties.
     In addition to his Real Estate practice, Joe has represented individuals and businesses with their litigation needs. Joe has appeared in Superior Court, Appellate Court, Tax Court, and Federal Court, as well as in many Municipal Courts throughout the state.  He has for many years maintained a diverse practice handling Real Estate, representing individual homeowners and acting as corporate counsel for investors and homeowners; Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation,  attaining sizable verdicts and settlement for his clients who have been injured; and Employment and Discrimination, bringing suits against international corporations and smaller business alike when companies have violated LAD, FMLA, or ADEA, and the Civil Rights of his clients, which often result in a Wrongful Termination. In his Municipal Court practice, Joe has represented clients around the state of New Jersey for motor vehicle violations and DWI cases, drugs and weapons possession charges, and even disputes between neighbors.

Shauna M. Fuggi, Esq., is a partner of Ottino & Fuggi Law, LLC, a law firm with vast experience and specialization in commercial and residential real estate matters. Shauna’s real estate practice also includes Construction law, Riparian Rights, and hotel and multiple-dwelling transactions. 
Before attaining partnership to form Ottino & Fuggi Law, LLC, Shauna partnered at two law firms. In the mid-1990s, she was a partner in the law firm of Pascarella and Fuggi. There she handled all the firms' commercial and residential Real Estate matters, including closing the historical “Sampler Inn” Bed and Breakfast with restaurant in Ocean Grove, New Jersey; handling closings with multifamily units, land leases, riparian rights, and CAFRA permits; and negotiating business evaluations incident to matrimonial matters and landlord-tenant matters. Additionally, Shauna was the Seaside Park Public Defender and practiced Municipal law, receiving successful trial verdicts in DWI matters and other traffic infractions.
Shauna earned a B.A. in Government and Politics from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, where she was a Division I Tennis Colonial Scholar Athlete. After working for the United States Government in the Foreign Service Institute in Washington, D.C., Shauna attended the Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she earned her J.D. law degree in 1991. She was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 1992.
